Your photograph is printed as a thin plastic panel whose thickness varies: where the photograph is dark, the plastic is thicker and lets less light through. Colour comes from dye layers printed on top. Switch on the light behind the panel and the light passes through, and the photograph appears.

We ship within 3 to 5 working days of payment. You get an email when it goes out.
Bright, clear photographs with one or a few large faces. Dark photographs, and group shots where faces are small, come out worse. When you upload, we check the file automatically and tell you if we see a problem.
It is printed from the file you send, in the framing you chose. Lit plastic is not a screen, so fine detail softens and dark areas lose the most.
Because the panel is made from your photograph, the usual 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply. If it arrives damaged or with a production fault, we remake it.
Only we see it, and only to make your panel. We never pass it on, never use it for advertising, and never show it on this site without asking you first. The file sits on our own server and is deleted 90 days after the order. Write to us and we will delete it sooner.
By USB-C. An ordinary phone charger or a computer port works.
For now one panel per order. If you want several, place the order again or write to us and we will sort it out.
For now there is one size, 108 by 144 mm. If you need something else, write and I will tell you whether I can help. We keep improving the frames and are working on new products, so there will be more to choose from soon.
What you see lit is a prediction. Before you pay, you see your photograph rendered from the same file the panel is printed from. It's a close prediction: colour can differ slightly, and fine detail looks softer on the real panel.
Fine detail softens. The panel is 2.5 mm thick, printed in 0.1 mm layers. Strands of hair or small text come out softer than in your photograph.
Dark photographs are harder. The darker an area of the photograph, the thicker the plastic and the less light gets through. Brighter photographs work better.
Upright or on its side. The printed area is 108 by 144 mm, and the panel can stand upright or on its side. A photograph with other proportions has to be cropped, and you choose how.
You see the panel lit on the site before you pay. Printing starts the next working day.
It leaves Vilnius within three to five working days. Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker in Lithuania is free.
Every panel is made from your photograph, so it cannot be returned. If it arrives damaged or stops working, write and we replace it.
