Right of withdrawal

The panel is made from the photograph you supply and is personalised to you. The usual 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to such goods.

That is exactly why you choose the framing yourself, and see which part of your photograph will be printed, before you pay. If you are unsure about the result, do not order.

When we refund

If the panel arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we remake it or refund you.

If the panel is printed from a different photograph, or a different framing, than the one you ordered, we remake it or refund you.

If we cannot fulfil the order at all, we refund you in full.

What is not a fault

A lit print is not a screen. Differences in colour and contrast between the photograph on your screen and the printed panel are normal, and we warn about them before payment.

Fine detail is always softer in the print than in your photograph. That is a property of the material, not a defect.

If you uploaded a dark or low-resolution photograph and accepted our warning, the result may disappoint. That is not a manufacturing fault, but write to us anyway.
