Privacy notice
Updated 2026-09-02
This notice explains what we collect when you order a lit photograph panel, and what we do with it.
Who processes your data
Lucimira, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Questions: labas@lucimira.lt
Your photograph
The photograph you upload is the most sensitive thing we receive from you. Often these are photographs of family, pets or people who have died.
We use it for one purpose: making your order. We do not pass it to third parties, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not show it on this site without asking you separately.
We keep the original file for 90 days after the order so we can reprint if something goes wrong. Then we delete it.
If a photograph fails the quality check and we refuse it, the file is never stored at all.
Other data
To fulfil the order we collect your name, email address, chosen delivery method and, if you choose shipping, your address. A phone number is optional.
We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive only a confirmation that it succeeded.
Legal basis
Order data is processed to perform our contract with you. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Analytics and advertising
We use Umami for visitor statistics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you, so it runs without separate consent.
If you accept marketing cookies we use the Meta Pixel and Google tags to see which adverts work. If you decline, they are not loaded.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to us and we will answer.
You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
