Your photograph

The photograph you upload is the most sensitive thing we receive from you. Often these are photographs of family, pets or people who have died.

We use it for one purpose: making your order. We do not pass it to third parties, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. We do not show it on this site without asking you separately.

The file sits on our own equipment, not on a third party’s cloud service. Only the person who prints your panel can reach it.

We keep the original file for 90 days after the order so we can reprint if something goes wrong. Then we delete it. If your order has already been fulfilled and you want it deleted sooner, write to us and we will delete it.

If you upload a photograph but never complete the order, we delete the file within 7 days.

So that you can come back to an unfinished order, we leave one cookie in your browser holding the order reference — nothing about you is in it. It lasts 7 days, the same as the photograph. When you return we ask whether to continue; we do not show the photograph until you say so.

Backups are taken nightly, kept on our own equipment as well, and are encrypted. A deleted photograph may remain in them for up to 30 days, after which it is gone from those too. We do not use backups for any other purpose.

If a photograph fails the quality check and we refuse it, the file is never stored at all.

Other data

To fulfil the order we collect your name, email address, the Omniva parcel locker you pick and your phone number.

For a locker delivery we pass your name, phone number and chosen locker to Omniva, so that the parcel reaches you and you are told when it arrives.

The map of lockers on the delivery step is loaded from OpenStreetMap: your browser contacts OpenStreetMap’s servers directly, and they see your IP address. What you type in the search stays in your browser. If you press “Find the nearest”, your location is used only in your browser to sort the lockers and is sent nowhere.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive only a confirmation that it succeeded.

Legal basis

Order data is processed to perform our contract with you. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Analytics and advertising

We use Umami for visitor statistics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you, so it runs without separate consent.

If you accept marketing cookies we use the Meta Pixel and Google tags to see which adverts work. If you decline, they are not loaded.

If you accept, we also report a paid order to Meta from our own server, so the result still counts when the browser does not send it. We pass the order number and the amount, and your email address and phone number only as an irreversible code (SHA-256). If you decline, we send nothing.

We also record how you use the site (clicks, scrolling and moving between pages) to find where it is confusing. Form fields, your photograph and your contact details are hidden from these recordings. They are kept only on our own server, passed to no one, and deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to us and we will answer.

You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
